2 How do we collect and use your personal information

When you use JOYCHARGE’s products or services, you need or may choose to authorize us to collect and use your personal information. JOYCHARGE will only collect and use your personal information for the following purposes as described in this Policy

2.1 Information Required to Use JOYCHARGE

When you use JOYCHARGE, we need to collect and process the following personal information. If you do not provide this information, we will not be able to provide you with the services agreed under the Terms of Service:

  • Location information,In order to facilitate the user to directly obtain the name of the wifi connected to the mobile phone without manual input, we need you to enable the location permission. We will not get your location information while the application is not running.
  • Account registration and management, You first need to register a JOYCHARGE account to become a JOYCHARGE user. When you register, you need to provide us with the registered email address you intend to use. We will verify your identity by sending an email verification code. After registration, you can change your profile picture, nickname, and login password.
  • Log information,When you use the products/services provided by JOYCHARGE, we will automatically collect the details of your use of our services and save them as relevant network logs, including but not limited to your IP address, operating system version, date and time of access, hardware and software information, and page records you requested.
  • Device information, When you use JOYCHARGE to bind your charging device, we will automatically collect your charging device number, device Passkey, device ID, device firmware version and other information.

2.2 The information you choose to provide

· Third Party Services, If you use a third party service platform (Google) to associate with, connect to, or log into JOYCHARGE, it means that you have directly instructed or authorized the service Platform through its privacy Settings to send us relevant information, such as your registration information and personal data controlled by it.

2.3 We may collect and process personal information without your consent

In accordance with laws and regulations, we may collect and use your personal information without your consent in the following circumstances:

· Necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract to which you are A party.

· Necessary for the performance of statutory duties or obligations.

· Necessary in response to a public health emergency or in case of an emergency to protect the life, health and property of you or others.

2.4 The equipment permission we request

In order to ensure the normal realization of relevant business functions, JOYCHARGE needs to call the corresponding necessary permissions according to specific use scenarios, and ask you before calling the popover. 3 How do we share and publicly disclose your personal information

3.1 Share with your consent or in accordance with your instructions

With your consent, we may share your information in the manner described in your consent, such as when you authorize third party applications or websites to access your JOYCHARGE account.

Will be shared with other third parties to the extent necessary to :

· prevent illegal use of JOYCHARGE Products/Services or violation of our Terms of Use and other policies.

We will not publicly disclose your personal information unless we obtain your separate consent

If you choose to associate your JOYCHARGE account with a third-party account, your privacy rights on the third-party platform will be subject to their respective policies. For example, if you choose to share your JOYCHARGE activities on third-party social media platforms, the policies of these platforms will have jurisdiction over the data stored on the platforms. Our websites and apps will provide links to other (third-party) websites and apps for your convenience or reference. The linked websites and applications have their own privacy statements or policies, which we strongly recommend you to view. In the case that any linked website or application is not owned or controlled by us, we are not responsible for its content, any use of the website or application

How do you exercise your personal information subject rights

You may exercise the rights described in this section in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Please note that before responding to your request, we may require you to verify your identity and request to ensure information security. We will respond to your request within the time limit specified by laws and regulations.

4.1 Query and manage personal information

You can query and update some personal information through account settings. You can also view the historical charging details in the charging record.

4.2 Copy and transfer personal information

You can apply for copying your personal information or request to transfer your personal information to the personal information processor designated by you according to applicable laws and regulations. To ensure the security of your personal information, we may require you to verify your identity and request before responding to your request.

4.3 Delete personal information

In the following cases, you can request to delete your personal information of some types of orders:

· You have withdrawn your consent;

· The purpose of personal information processing has been achieved;

· The processing of personal information violates applicable laws, regulations and agreements;

· We stop providing JOYCHARGE products or services, or the retention period has expired;

· Other circumstances stipulated by laws and administrative regulations;

4.4 Account cancellation

You can submit a cancellation application at any time according to our privacy policy. After the cancellation application is submitted, there will be a 15 day freezing period to ensure the smooth cancellation. During the freezing period, you can log in to the APP to cancel the application, but you cannot use the APP function.

When you submit your cancellation application, we will carry out the following certification to ensure the safety of your account and property:

· Order settlement: When the cancellation application is submitted, all orders of the account are in the completed state, that is, there are no charging pending orders. There are unfinished orders and the cancellation application cannot be submitted;

· Charge pile data settlement: There are bound charging posts, which need to be unbound;

· Other requirements: After the account is officially cancelled, logging in to the APP again will register a new account;

After the account is successfully cancelled, the following data will be cleared:

· Personal account information;

· Past charging records;

· Other personal privacy information;

Changes in privacy policy

Please understand and pay attention to protecting your personal information security. In order to provide you with better services, this policy will be revised from time to time according to the adjustment or update of the business model, which forms a part of this privacy policy.

However, without your explicit consent, we will not reduce your rights under this privacy policy. We will publish changes to the privacy policy in a reasonable way.

If the changed terms will reduce your rights or increase your obligations (that is, “significant changes”), we will take more prompt methods to notify you, including but not limited to making special prompts on the main page of products or services or sending you e-mail, SMS, etc. If you continue to use our products or services, you agree to the revised privacy policy.
